LIFT

Our LIFT classes are centred around technique and progressive overload. These classes are carefully designed in 6-week blocks to help you significantly increase strength and confidence in key lifts. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter, you can expect to learn new skills, increase lean muscle mass, and achieve personal bests on your journey to becoming stronger.

BUILD

Build is our full body strength program - Compound lifts, functional movements, and dedicated core work designed to develop the strength and stability that lasts beyond the gym floor. Stronger bodies, better movement, built to last.

RUMBLE

Focus on the fundamentals and learn from the pros through a combination of partner and group drills, precision-focused footwork, and a series of powerful pad and bag work. It’s time to get the heart racing. Tailored for all experience levels, this class offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in the ring whilst delivering a comprehensive, high-energy conditioning workout. Expect to be pushed with explosive drills and dynamic training that will leave you drenched in sweat, invigorated, and empowered.

POWER ENDURANCE

POWER ENDURANCE is here to push your limits in both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. This class provides a dynamic metabolic conditioning workout targeting every muscle group in your body whilst soaring your heart rate to keep the calories burning long after the workout is complete.

SWEAT

SWEAT is designed to build your cardiovascular engine whilst minimising load. This is your chance to move with speed, increasing your capacity to work at a higher intensity for longer durations. Your heart rate will be pumping, sweat dripping, and endorphins flowing!

POWER SPRINT

Not for the faint-hearted, our Friday POWER SPRINT is an intensity-driven workout that will focus on enhancing your anaerobic capacity. Your goal will be to maintain high output over repeat efforts in a full-body hybrid style format. Expect an adrenaline-filled, energy-packed experience that will have you leaving on a high!

HYBRID
